All meals are 100% plant based. Meals must be purchased by the week. (5 days)
It is comprised of tailored meals based on any nutritional deficiencies observed throughout your
Nutritional Microscopy Therapy session. Each meal is specifically designed to address your individual needs to nourish and revitalize your body on a cellular level.
 
For each day of meals, you can expect to receive:
1 customized breakfast meal
1 customized lunch meal
1 customized dinner salad and soup
 
*All Alkaline Wellness Clients that purchase a customized meal plan package within 7 days of their
Nutritional Microscopy Therapy will receive 10% off their cleanse price.
 
All five meals are available for pick up on Sunday between 5pm to 8pm or can be delivered overnight.

We recommend refrigerating Day 1 and Day 2 meals upon receipt. Day 3,4 and 5 meals should be frozen in the container provided. Please do not reheat your meals in a microwave, instead transfer your meal from the container provided to an oven proof container and heat in an oven.
